This drain rod plunger is the perfect tool for pushing water and debris through blocked drains and removing blockages by suction.

This drain rod plunger is the perfect tool for pushing water and debris through blocked drains and removing blockages by suction.
The drain plunger is fitted on the end of a number of drain rods, and is fitted with an Ideal Lockfast joint, to ensure the rods cannot come undone whichever way the rods are turned.
To use the plunger, attach the first rod and put it down into the pipe. Keep attaching rods as necessary, until you reach the blockage.
Once the blockage has been reached, use the rods as a plunger, putting pressure on the blockage to force it to break up and clear away.
Use a small back and forth movement to build up pressure between the plunger and the blockage.
