There is a £9.50 carriage charge for all orders.

We do offer free delivery on orders over £190 (excluding VAT)




  1. What is the standard delivery time?

 

We will try to get your orders sent out to you as quickly as possible but please allow 2-3 days to arrive.

 

  1. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders over £190 excluding VAT.

 

  1. My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

 

If your order hasn’t arrived please check your tracking details here. If you are still experiencing a problem please contact us via info@cwbwholesale.com

 

  1. My order arrived but I was unable to collect it, what should I do?

 

If you were unable to collect your order, look out for the card left by the courier company which will explain the next steps. If you experience any problems please contact us via info@cwbwholesale.com 

 

Returns:

 

  1. Do you offer returns?

 

We hope that your orders meet your satisfaction however if you wish to return item(s) please contact us first to arrange to send them back to us to receive a refund or an exchange. If there are any problems with your order please contact us via info@cwbwholesale.com. 



  1. One of my items is faulty, what should I do?

 

If an item is faulty and was purchased less than 30 days ago, please contact us to discuss returning it to us for an exchange or refund. 

 

  1. I have not received my refund yet, how long does it take?

 

It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us via info@cwbwholesale.com. 

 

Orders:

  1. My order is missing an item, what should I do?

 

Please make sure to check your delivery note to ensure that all items listed have arrived with you. Orders with multiple items may be split over a few deliveries so make sure to keep an eye on your tracking information.  If you have received all of your parcels, but an item(s) is still missing, please Contact Us with the order and product details so we can investigate further.

  1. How can I view my orders or get a copy of my invoice?

 

Go to my account and select Orders in the left-hand menu. All of your online orders will appear here as soon as you complete your checkout.
