Used For Testing An Installation Of Pipes And Tubes Usually In A Central Heating Circuit For Dry Testing With Air To Prove That The System Is Air Tight Thus Preventing Water Spillage From Poorly Fitted Joints Or Damaged Pipes. The Unit Is Fitted With A 15mm Push Fit Fitting To Enable The Gauge To Be Connected To 15mm Copper Tube Or Pipe, But It Can Be Adapted To Fit Other Diameters Of Copper Tube With An Appropriate Adapter.
